UH Grilling Demo: Jerk Chicken with Mango Pineapple Salsa
NEW! Join us for an interactive grilling demonstration led by a professional chef and registered dietitian as they prepare flavorful jerk chicken topped with a fresh mango pineapple salsa. Participants will learn healthy cooking techniques, nutrition tips, and receive recipe inspiration to recreate at home. Attendees can sit at pavilion or bring your own lawn chair. Limit 50 participants.
