Try out new art techniques and materials in this monthly series designed for teens. Each session focuses on a different project to experiment, build skills, and take home something original. No experience necessary. 
 
Grades 6-12 
Instructor: Rachel Machesky, Art graduate and instructor

Time: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm 
Fee per class: $5 Resident/$7 Non-Resident 


Polymer Clay Monsters 
Date: Thursday, October 16 
Sculpt your own creature with polymer clay and bake it into a one-of-a-kind figure. 
 
Paper Quilling 
Date: Thursday, November 20 
 Learn how to roll and shape paper strips to create detailed designs. 
 
Winter Watercolor Scene 
Date: Thursday, December 18 
 Paint a seasonal landscape while practicing watercolor basics.
