REFUND POLICY


Refunds are available for classes and activities (unless otherwise specified) provided notification is provided to City of Bedford Parks & Recreation Department at least 5 business days prior to the class or activity start date. If a class is cancelled by City of Bedford Parks & Recreation Department participants will be given the opportunity to switch to another program, obtain credit to be used for another program, or obtain a refund. A processing fee of $15 will be charged for each individual refund initiated by the customer. A letter of credit will be issued for refunds of $15 or less.
