Over the course of 7 weeks, participants will spend the first 3 weeks learning and practicing the fundamental skills of volleyball—such as serving, passing, and setting—with hands-on coaching from Rookie Sport Club staff. The final 4 weeks will transition into game play, giving players the opportunity to apply what they've learned in a team setting through structured matches and friendly competition.
