Chair Volleyball - Chair Volleyball Chair Volleyball is an adapted, seated version of volleyball designed for seniors or individuals with limited mobility, promoting cardiovascular health, flexibility, and socialization. No prior volleyball experience is required, and is intended to reduce stress and boost self-esteem and confidence in individuals who are not able to play standard volleyball. Games are played using lightweight balls and modified rules that allow participants to move at their own pace. Friendly instruction and encouragement ensure everyone feels comfortable and included, whether they are new to group exercise or returning to physical activity.
