Jacob's Ladder Special Needs Fitness (Adaptive) - Jacob's Ladder Fitness Activities designed for individuals with physical, sensory or developmental disabilities. People of all abilities are welcome.Experience a 60-minute exercise class packed with stretching, planking, and calisthenics like jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and push-ups. Foil Fencing - Foil Fencing Spring Session 2 Learn the fundamentals of foil fencing. Fencing improves hand-eye coordination, agility, dexterity, and stamina, as well as develops social skills and manners.
